Seeking Candidates for an Executive Recruiting Assistant

Currently, we are seeking an Executive Recruiting Assistant Roswell, GA location.

Summary: Coordinate recruitment activities for global executive-level opportunities at direction of Executive Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Use the Vurv recruiting management system to initiate job requisitions, track candidates throughout the process, document job offers, and coordinate background check/drug testing activities.
• Coordinate the handling and tracking of resumes referred by K-C executives.
• Develop and execute appropriate communications with candidates.
• Collaborate with HR teams and Executive Assistants to prepare on-boarding materials and activities for executive level new hires. This includes securing system access, day one intake materials and developing ongoing assimilation plans.
• Executive recruiting duties including utilizing the Talent Acquisition website, working with candidates, scheduling interviews, and interfacing with Travel.
• Working and collaborating globally with Executives.
• Coordinate candidate activities with executive recruiting agencies.
• Provide administrative support for Kimberly-Clark's Diversity and Inclusion programs.
Develop presentations and manages specific projects with direction from the Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
• Coordinate administration and tracking of Employee Network Groups funding requests and budget, serving as a key contact between the leaders and the finance function.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for major meetings in the area of diversity.
• Maintain Diversity and Inclusion website and act as interface with IT for updates/changes.
• Provide standard and ad hoc reporting in support of the corporation's Diversity efforts.
• Support the administrative needs for the Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Diversity and Inclusion Teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 or more years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a Human Resources environment with recruitment background.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to organize workload, set priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines, work independently, adapt to change, and handle confidential material.
• High level of initiative and sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
