Free Web Sites - Sourcing Tools

Can anyone provide an up to date listing of free sites? I am well aware of Craigslist and use it often. I am also trying to find a way to source from ex-military without going to a "conference". Any suggestions?

If the position pays a base minimum of $100,000K and up, is not an MLM, etc... it is free to post at www.netshare.com (and has been for over 17 years). Best contact is Cindy (cindy@netshare.com).
