Photojournalist Joe Raedle has been covering the war in Iraq since its start in 2003. He’s now documenting its final days as the last American troops prepare to leave the country.

“There seems to be some real apprehension about what is next,” says Raedle, a photographer with Getty Images." The apprehension is growing because accommodating our returning Military Men and Women is now the challenge. Today, December 18, 2011, the Huffington Post's lead article: U.S. Soldiers Return Home To Labor Market With Few Opportunities --says it all.  Returning veterans from Iraq are already experiencing 10%-13.4% unemployment, depending on what State you visit.  And with more soldiers leaving Iraq that statistic is going to climb.

I see big problems on the horizon going into the New Year.  I will continue to volunteer my services (Career Coaching & Job Placement) on behalf our returning soldiers.
