Most if not all recruiters spend a significant amount of their day searching for candidates but not all
recruiters understand how to effectively manage their search. This is a serious flaw that can kill your desk.
LinkedIn just released an interesting set of infogrpahics on the most overused "Buzz Words" across the LinkedIn Network Globally and in the USA.
I am curious as to how this information gets used by recruiters.
Will this change your search? Will this change how you build your profile?
For me I can tell you that I refuse to search (as much as possible) like other recruiters. I do not want the same results and don't want to have to compete with other recruiters when I finally get the prospect on the phone.
If these are the most overused keyword on LiknedIn, the playground has been littered with keyword rich profiles full of Over Used candidates.
