Anyone using Microsoft Dynamics CRM ?

or another CRM system to track prospects?   (NOT an ATS)

Looking for something that integrates with Outlook and Linkedin.

I currently use Connectedhq (which is free)  but since Linkedin purchased them they have not been making upgrades and I suspect it will be relaunched as a fee based service...
