Hey folks,

I've just been put in charge of our Canadian reqs with my company and am looking for tips/advice/knowledge in the world of recruiting in Canada. I live in the US and have only recruited in the US (headhunting / full cycle)  and understand the laws here.  Is there anything else that I should be aware of (do's and don'ts?) of recruiting in Canada as an American?
