Poll - OK, I can't find a way to set up a poll here, so I am doing it as best I can. This sites feedback will be THE most valuable so please reply

I have posted this poll to a number of my LinkedIn groups, so if you see the poll, please take it. If not, please reply here as it will have direct impact on a complete web site re-design our company is doing. The questions below are exactly as I set them up on my LinkedIn polls.

BACKGROUND -  The web design company we are using planning to move the "Careers" link. On the old site, it is on the home page, top level. In the new site, at the moment, the web company is planning to place it, not on the home page.

Here is the exact quote, from the web design company, when I asked them to leave the "Careers" link on the home page ....."Across the web, job seekers are a special class of visitor. They're highly motivated and never have issues finding jobs under the standard "About" location. Unlike customers, they don't reduce conversion with more clicks. That being said, we do recommend adding under the "Find" quick links menu...."

PLEASE, at the very least reply with your choice. If possible, feel free to add any comments. In my opinion, this is an important topic and I believe this group is one of he best to offer valuable info about this topic, as we all live in this space.

Thanks you all in advance for participating.
