Interesting article from over the weekend via New York Daily News;

Teach for America, which places recent college graduates at low-income urban or rural schools for two years, now lists deferred-action status on its website as another way applicants can meet eligibility requirements. But other companies are also seeking out those whose ‘life circumstances’ may be a benefit, due to them being ‘extremely resourceful and creative.’

More than the article are the comments that fueled an on-going discussion. I'm curious to what RBC members think of this practice. Is anyone currently involved with this type of recruitment?
