To my 50,000 colleagues out there in Cyberia, can you recommend the best headhunter for Ruby on Rails positions? My clients where I have made software placements are coming back to me telling me what great work I did for them, and asking me to fill more positions.
However, due to my experiences with a very small percentage of mentally unbalanced (i.e. deranged, sociopathic) people in that industry, I have been turning down the searches. So far this year (and it's still technically January), I have turned down three major searches in software, at least.
The problem is simply that wackos have been responding with nasty email that I don't want. This has never happened before in all the dozens of other industries I have recruited in, and I have plenty of other business, so I am avoiding the hassle caused by a very tiny number of nut cases.
My clients are asking for my referrals to "great recruiters" for Ruby and C# coders, etc.
So, if you are interested, and have a great track-record of placing Ruby stars, please respond with a brief bio and I can potentially refer you to some hungry customers.
Cheers,
Nick Meyler
P.S. The clock may be running out on the time window to get involved in this rare offer of a referral to retained business...
