I help co-found a company called Workshub which is aimed at helping companies hire engineers quickly, efficiently and at a cost effective price. 

I wanted to see where most recruiters are advertising to help scale the engineering teams and what you feel has been the best tools/sites that you have used in the past. Also what you have found to be really useful or not useful in some cases based on your experience. 

Lastly we have recently launched a new feature "hire using opensource" which is pretty exciting in my opinion! It would be great to grab thoughts from both recruiters and engineering managers around potentially using opensource issues to hire engineers?
