Ms. Santonocito is a business journalist specializing in employment issues, including online recruitment, which she has covered since the early days of Web-based employment advertising and candidate sourcing. She is the author of nearly 1,000 articles that are featured in many global and domestic publications and information outlets, which have posted at more than 100 websites throughout the world, referenced in academic publications, and translated into several languages.

Mr. Forster is CEO and co-founder of Indeed, a search engine for jobs that pioneered a radically improved approach to job search. She is responsible for company-wide strategies and directives that involve advertising, marketing, interactive media, training and tools for the 200+ Enterprise Recruiters hiring over 8,000 college graduates each year.

Ms. Penn currently oversees the Creative Services function, including the departments of Copywriting, Graphic Design, Interactive, Production/Proofreading and Marketing, at Shaker. She had originally served as Director of Marketing Services, managing the creative campaign/brand development for Shaker clients. Ms. Penn has overseen employment brand development, career site development and other innovative creative strategies for clients such as CB Richard Ellis, Google, Kohl’s, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, sanofi-aventis, Hospira, Smith & Nephew, J.B. Hunt, Ameriprise Financial, Unisys, Sara Lee, and Vonage, among others.

Mr. Sawyer, now a Colonel of Infantry in the U.S. Army Reserve, is a member of the Headquarters, Department of the Army Secretariat Staff as a Drilling Individual Mobilization Augmentee (DIMA), currently assigned as the Chief of Communication Analysis and Assessment within the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs. As a civilian advisor, subject matter expert, and technician, he specializes in the use of World Wide Web, CD-ROM, Video DVD, chat room, electronic kiosk, Enhanced CD, social networking, and other interactive marketing mediums and technologies to help recruit soldiers for America’s Army.
