Structuring a contract recruiting deal when you are not a contractor...

Does anyone have an agreement they have used when they are working as an agent of a client? For instance, you are acting as the single point of contact to engage multiple contingency firms, screening candidates and advising which candidates to hire.

Any guidance is appreciated.
