What advice and insights can anyone provide to someone looking to enter the Toronto market (consumer packaged goods client, management level positions) - how difficult is it to find talent? are there any regulatory or cultural barriers to recruting talent from other firms? compared to the US marketplace (NYC), would time-to-fill be greater? do you need to recruit talent from the US, UK or other countries? in general, any challenges or issues that I shoudl be aware of? thanks
