A Regional Sales Manager must possess a high energetic, self-motivated personality as well as having a technical background. They will be responsible for selling our customized patented product along with supporting hardware. Our product is specialized to each customer’s needs, desires and necessity. The Sales Person will be responsible for promoting and selling our product to the Northeast Region of the United States.
This person will also manage sales activities, coordinate sales, and provide demonstration and quotes to all potential customers. Also, calls are to be made to prospects to explain features of services, costs, and advantages. Prepares and writes orders, plans and schedules demonstrations of the company’s product line. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate promotional sales within territory. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals of the company. This person will represent our company at trade association meetings to promote our products. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.

Skills and abilities:
Familiarity with Customer and Work Flow solutions
Familiarity with consulting (RFI/RFP development and response, solution design, implementation, integration, post live optimization)
Ability to comfortably interact in with customers, partners, and co-workers
Communication Skills (Oral, Written)
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
Effectively communicate with the delivery team during the sales cycle regarding customer expectations, solution design and statement of work
Assists the VP of Sales in developing and maintaining relationships with vendor partners, and distributors.
Experience in hospital sales, Healthcare Access Management, ER's and large organizations such as HCA a plus
Experience in retail banking solution sales a plus
Experience in retail solution sales a plus
Experience in local, state and federal sales a plus
Productive in home office environment
Candidate must possess experience with Microsoft office applications and sales force automation software.
Experience selling to C level executives


Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
US Citizen or green card
Pre-employment drug testing
College graduate with minimum 4 years sales experience
Provide a current personal credit report to be approved for company credit card
Extensive travel within the NE Region of the United States with over-night stays
