an interesting approach to building a portfolio. What other things like zipcodes could fall into a collector's mind/lap/portfolio

I did a quick scan of the most popular / expensive Zipcode in my area, checked my nearest town, and my own Zipcode. They are all taken - ouch! Missed that opportunity. I'll check around this weekend for some other potentials.
