Brunel Energy provides specialist knowledge to the international oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and construction industries. World-wide, Brunel has over 35 offices and In the Middle East we are represented in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Due to the relocation of our present Manager, an exciting opportunity has come up to lead a team of ten employees based out of our new Central Doha offices. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager in Dubai.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To Manage and oversee company’s recruitment & contracting services in Qatar.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the various departmental areas such as Recruitment, Administration, Marketing, Contracts etc and to maintain effective team relationships with these support departments.
• Oversee and monitor the management of all customer relations (predominantly oil and gas companies)
• To evaluate develop and supervise existing company employees and to hire and train new members of staff.
• Provide monthly operational Management reporting to Regional Operations Manager
• Interfacing with the company’s various overseas offices for management and control of work being executed in country through global commercial agreements.
• To develop, implement and execute quarterly business forecasts.
• Overall responsibility for the combined performance of the team.
• To represent the company at trade and exhibition meetings.
• To monitor and participate in new tender issues.
• To implement and negotiate new commercial agreements in addition to the management of existing agreements.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be familiar with recruitment operations in the upstream and downstream oil & gas business with preferably at least ten years working experience.
• Pro-active approach and able to communicate at all levels.
• Previous experience managing recruitment personnel.
• Previous Middle East experience (although not essential) would be an advantage.
