Looking for Unix Engineer in Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in Unix scripting (kshell), file handling and multi-threading.

Posted the job on dice, but didn't get required response. Most applicants are weak on unix.

This is a 1 year contract position in LA.

Any suggestions on sourcing Unix engineers.
