Well, he always has something interesting on his mind and in a recent ERE post he was mulling around what "we" as an industry could do to be supportive of friends and colleagues during the current economic challenges. Since we've had several great discussions on Talent Talk Cafe around community I thought what better place to toss some ideas around with Gerry and explore the idea of community in a way that hits close to home for many.
