Transition from one Recruiting system to the next...

Hi all,

Looking for some help. We are currently using FileFinder 6.0 and need to transition to another system. Ones we have looked at are Sendouts, Fleetware, and Bullhorn. Can anyone provide feedback on:

1) do you have a system that you would recommend.
2) experiences with one of the 3 we are looking at
3) data conversion from FileFinder.
