"Over this next year Monster is rolling out an add-on to their main product of a resume/job posting and now a career development site. It is a Talent Management software line of products to give an IT solution to the enormous amount of information a company has to maintain on its employees in order to do this career management piece right. I do not know what Monster intends to charge or this but if they are smart they will undercut what I know is an expensive alternative in the likes of SAP or Oracle.
