We all know third party recruiting is a relationship driven business, we all fish from the same pools so we must differentiate ourselves by being irresistible to the client and candidate. I sometimes try to win business by going through the front door and talking to HR, usually with very little success, but it is a good time filler if you just need to stay on the telephone and keep your momentum going.
So my question is, has anyone had any success with a strong Value Proposition targeted to HR? If so, why?
