Retail Changing Return Policy

I just received this in my email:
Beginning January 1, 2009, Once Upon a Child will honor returns with a Store Credit Only. Items must be returned within ten (10) days with the tags attached and receipt.
Maybe there's something in here recruiters and sourcers should consider?
