Hello Everyone, I have been trying to locate specific Canadian benchmark recruitment metrics. I am aware of Saratoga and I found some data on the RecruitingNetwork and the RecruitingRoundtable websites, however the data is not consistent - some use calendar days to determine their numbers, some use business days. Also, the data is more US focused and I would like to find Canadian metrics. I did reach out to the HRPAO and I was told that they do not have this information. Any suggestions? If possible, can you share the metrics that you currently use as a guide within your own organization? I will gather all my responses and create a spreadsheet for all of us to use in return.
