Anyone out there using the ASP hosted version of PC Recruiter?

I am looking for some opinions from current users on the ASP hosted version of PC Recruiter.

Speed
Flexibility (easily customizable?)
Outlook integration
Resume Inhaler
Job board integration with your current website
