Who can teach me how to be a cold calling maniac to build sales

Need help ASAP!
10 year recruiter out of NYC working mostly on IT consulting positions and focused totally on the candidate side. Office is seriously floundering and i do not want to leave as i am still making money and not looking to start over in this market.
I need direction and training for my phone calls to build up clients/meetings....
i havent been able to transfer my knowldge and experience on the candidate side to the client side so i am smart enough and humble enough to know when i need help.
Any recommendations? I have no fear of the phone and seem to do pretty well once infront of the client, but just getting that connection between the two is the issue.
Thanks

What is it you need to know? How to reach decision makers? What to say when you do? There are some good BD types in here -maybe they can help?
you hit the nail on the head. Company has been around for a long time, but for whatever reason, there has never been the right traction in my office with clients and now the choice is a no brainer to get more involved. Besides, best way to be a good recruiter is to be full service i think anyway.
So yes, decision makers, what to say, and generally build business.
Strong BD types would be my best bet.
