* Determine that section 508 software requirements are verifiable and quantifiable.
* Write test plans and build test cases based upon system requirements.
* May also be required to build test data sets.
* Perform Manual Systems Acceptance Tests according to approved test plan.
* Develop test scenarios and provide support for User Acceptance Testing.
* Write test summaries and test problem reports.
* Uses PVCS Tracker to record Test Problems.
* Regularly participate in test readiness and release readiness meetings.
* May assist test automation developers in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
* Writes test plans and test analysis summaries.


Technical Requirements
Must have experience testing software/web applications for Section 508 compliance
Must be able to read and understand requirements documents, write test plans, assist in evaluating software requirements, performing system tests, and with writing test summaries and reports.
Desirable candidate skills include excellent communication skills, experience working with several clients or projects simultaneously, technical competence and strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of PVCS Tracker and Mercury Test Director/ HP Quality Center is a plus.  

Educational Requirements
BS in Computer Science or related field plus 2+ years related work experience.

Must be a US Citizen as candidates will be required to obtain a security clearance.
