I am not a journalist. I am an American citizen who was laid-off on November 6th 2008 by the very same company which I am paying to keep in business, AIG.

On March 9th, 2009 I kicked off a report called "30 Employers in 30 Days". Over the last 15 days, and 240 hours, I've contacted over 800 Staffing Professionals in regards to almost 13,000 known job openings. While we are losing 27,000 jobs per day, unemployment statistics continue to climb and many more Americans continue to lose their homes, savings and hope.

However, many of America's largest corporations are still hiring.

BUT WAIT! Are they really? And if so, what action are they taking to restore our economy?

This is the story that corporate America does not want you to hear. This is the story that every media outlet in the United States needs to feature as soon as possible.
