Hello all,

I have been doing some research into careers that I would enjoy, and also with the potential to earn commissions based on my results. I am highly interested in the recruiting positions listed. I think some of the advice given here has been top notch, and would enjoy learning more.

I currently work part time, virtually, from my home office in an effort to expand on a recruiting position, giving me enough time to train and learn before moving into recruiting full time. If you had the opportunity to start over again, how would you go about getting started? I'm interested in being a virtual apprentice to an experienced recruiter to learn what I need to know. Is this a viable option?
