Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates, assist in solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well as assisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution. Able to guide a team, preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Able to coordinate the site specific activities and do the follow up with off shore team to complete the build with in the project time lines.
Skill Required The Candidate: Should have at least 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3 years of domain experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Production Planning processes and how these processes are treated and configured in SAP PP Module. He should have good understanding of PS, QM and PM modules and its integration with PP. Able to work with customer business teams and the client project teams effectively. Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops, map these into SAP PP processes and identify gaps. Should know the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, go-live preparations and going live. He should be able to design and configure processes in Production Planning, SOP, Production Control, Kanban processes. Should be fluent in Spanish and English.
