The Role:
The General Director leads the Russian entity operations. The core of the role is Business development but the position also covers teams management and the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for the country's sales strategy including recommendations to drive business development on the territory
• Responsible for sales targets, with revenue and profit margin responsibility and accountability.
• Developing long term customer relations with Gas Industry leaders
• Managing all commercial aspects of the company’s activities
• Supervising and drive a strong and cohesive in-country team
• Ensure effective communication within the country and with other countries, regions, and functions throughout the organization. Ensure the country's business operations aligned with overall group directives
• Budgeting/Cost Containment
• Productivity Increases
• Contract Negotiations
• Reporting to HQ
Skills Required:
• senior Commercial leader with previous successful expertise within Oil&Gas sector: pipelines construction, coating, welding, gas processing
• proven individual and team sales results
• existing network within the industry in Russia & CIS
• deep knowledge of the Russian Oil&Gas market
• exposure to Western business management
• leadership skills
• strong communicator with negotiation skills
• fluent English
