What are the three most important things you look for when employing a new consultant ?

I thought it would be interesting to get some opinion on this one, i am expanding my agency and interviewing alot of people at the moment. To throw a starting point out there my top three may be:

*Personality fit
*Relavent experience
*The fact that they have not had too many jobs.
