Job Description • Report to the Vice President of Latin America Operations. • Plan and execute regional business plans to increase market share and achieve aggressive and sustainable double-digit growth targets. • Formulate and develop strategies to obtain new customers while maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities with existing customers. • Identify effective partners in support of his growth initiatives for each country/customer as required. • Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela.
Skill Required • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales in the telco industry. • BS degree in an applicable discipline, or equivalent, with a Master’s Degree preferable. • History of leadership in double-digit sales growth in developing markets • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Able to identify focus opportunities and to establish priorities. • Local contacts and accessibility with CXO’s level within the local operators. • Self-starter, highly motivated, hands-on, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Integrity, initiative, keen business acumen and the professional stature to match the challenges of the role. • Ability to work well with internal and external senior management in a diverse cultural environment. • Multi-tasking, planning, reporting and forecasting skills.
