Well my RecruitingBlogs.com friends, it's 2010 and a new year watching RecruitingBlogs.com grow exponentially. We continue to learn about the industry and its methods old and new not simply by the discussions, posts, and twitter tweet - but likewise through the more close and personal approach of our featured Monday Member Showcases (facebook, linkedin, sixdegreesfromdave.com, and twitter) on both RecruitingBlogs.com and SixDegreesfromDave.com

As you may know, I write profiles as part of a series titled "Monday Member Showcase." The written interview is divided into two part articles. The first part makes its debut on RBC, followed shortly by exposure on my personal blog, SixDegreesfromDave.com and the second part again on my blog within a week of the initial debut.

I am particularly looking for members to feature who have been active on RecruitingBlogs.com who respond to discussions, initiate their own blog posts and refer colleagues. Above all, however, is whether a person has an interesting story to tell both on the personal and professional side. What makes you unique?
