Networking for Sr/Exec Level Call Center

Does anyone know a good place to network for Sr./Executive level Call Center Operations managers?

While I am not normally a fan of the research firm Frost&Sullivan, I understand that their Call center events are well attended. Call center companies generally set up booths there and experts usually present. As an added benefit these are usually regionally focused. Company procurement officers may be attending with some counterparts that might have their jobs outsourced soon. Any execs you can find like that at an event would be great.
