I am in need of a Recruiter (this is not a contract) for the Danbury, CT area. Commercial Finance experience is a HUGE plus- or even recruiting in the financial arena will do. I am in need of someone with SOLID recruitment skills (familiar with the social networking sites/solid niche recruitment exp/pipeline development). Ideally this person will be a solid communicator who will be able to sit on site and develop a positive, solid rapport with our client while handling a healthy number of open positions…Any help is MUCH appreciated.
