I run the site Bragfolio.com which is a healthcare, medical, pharma focused site.  Our trademark has been the online Bragfolio  personal career page,which has been well received when used properly.  Our goal in the initial phase was to allow candidates (24,000 and growing) and recruiting the ability to show and see more.   As we look towards our next release we are reaching out to the community to find out what is most useful.  Our strength has been in economy of scale as we reach a broad audience in traditional and social mediums while very cost effective. 

My question to the community is what tools do you use most in online source/search and if possible what is on your wish list that would make your search more effective?
