Mobile Job Applications - How to make it short enough?!

Recently, my organization went down the path of researching various vendors that can take our job application and make it accessible on a mobile device.  There is only one problem - and it has us stuck!  Our application (like many I have seen) is a long one with many required fields and lots of legalese at the bottom.

Thinking TOO Much... breaking the requistion / application connection

Today is Friday and often my thoughts turn to the what if!  This week, I have been thinking about how it would be to break the requisition to application connection. Let me tell you why.

Listening to our Rejected Candidates

As a follow up to last week's look at what we are doing to combat the "black hole" perception, we also began to survey the candidates that we do not hire.  My opinion is that those that are selected are happy and their feedback on the application, interview and selection process may be skewed to the positive.
