Suggestions? Good resources for finding professionals with expertise in BI / DW, ERP and CRM technologies.

I just joined a company that specializes in providing strategic sourcing and recruitment for BI and Data Warehousing professionals, as well as ERP and CRM technical and functional specialists. I have recruited for a broad range of technical skill sets in the past and have 15+ years working in technology specializing in engineering with software development companies and systems/network security, but haven't recruited for these technologies. The company is based back east, but they have recently expanded their operations out here to cover the western region with the base office in Phoenix. I solely represent the western region operations for my company and would like to find out where other recruiters have had the most success in finding quality candidates with experience with these technologies.

I have always relied on LinkedIn as one of my primary sources for locating good candidates in the past, but would be very interested in finding out if anyone has suggestions on other good resources for finding talent with BI (Cognos, BO, Hyperion, etc.), Database, Data Warehousing, ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and CRM expertise.

I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone might have!

How are you doing today. I do have my own company here in USA and Back in India. We do work with major Healthcare, Pharma, Insurance, Pharma, Telecom and Financial clients here in US Nationwide. We have over 30 + recruiters and we can hire more depending on the need of the client. We have a very big office space with highspeed internet, latest computers and phone lines and we can accomodate another 100+ recruiters in our office....

What we do is, for each client we do provide 3-5 recruiters exclusively, they do work exclusively on client requirements both IT and Non-IT. They work as their employees only, here instead of paying 45-50$/hr for one recruiter and get less results, for the same amount of money you get 3-5 recruiters exclusively working as your own employees/recruiters and get more closures and money. In that way you will save the cost and get more profits.

Oh and they usually give you a free trial for a couple months so it's definitely worth a shot
