Which are the best formal split networks and why?

I really like Dayak as a company. I've worked with them recently and they are very responsive. They are free to join and have lots of jobs on the system. In addition to splits with other recruiters, they also have job orders direct from employers you can work on too. Their small fee upon placement is a good value considering the time savings from not having to find your own job orders. Hope this helps.

Wow, this is great! Thank you Paul. I just joined RecruitingBlogs and am also looking for better ways to reach the employers directly/work with other recruiters. I am part of a networking group in Boston called BRG - Boston Recruiters Group, its a yahoo group. Hi Christoper tell me how can i have the split with another recruiter. As i am employed with a company and incase if i get a help from another recruiter for any resumes and if that candidate accept the job how wud do the split as we work for aour company Even if i split it wud from my pocket i guess

How is the freerecruiterleads.com search engine any different than the basic job search engine? Have these clients expressed a willingness to work with recruiters if they called (if so a great idea).

It's actually just the same search engine that we use for job seekers on the home page of Smuz.com but we discovered that while some recruiters were using it for leads, others hadn't made the jump so we rebadged it with a name and instructions relevant to it's use for recruiters.

I don't think Staffingforce is a typical 'split network'. It's more like network marketing from what I've seen.

I think the best split networks are the ones you form yourself, with trusted colleagues, so you can work on each others reqs. That way there's no middleman involved who gets a cut of the placement.

We've found that the best splits are with recruiters you already know and trust. There are alot of formal networks that work, but some tend to be slow in communication.

If you know someone and trust them, work with them.

Thanks Josh...can you recommend any of the formal networks...I would like to research them.
