We are looking to transition to a web based (SaaS model) ATS closer to retained search practice and we are running Mac platform.
Any recommendations?

Do check Keka's Applicant tracking system. Being a pioneer in HRMS field, you can try them. Also, they have HR software with features like payroll management, attendance & time tracking, performance management & more.
