"Do check Keka's Applicant tracking system. Being a pioneer in HRMS field, you can try them. Also, they have HR software with features like payroll management, attendance & time tracking, performance management & more."

Not sure if you decided on a SaaS ATS yet that can run on Mac but if not, I'd be happy to show you Avature's Recruiting CRM - http://www.avature.net/technology/recruiting-crm/. We run it on Macs for our trade shows. It has the deep web mining combined with ATS workflow and CRM tools like email marketing, SMS opt-in campaigns, etc.
