Several options are discussed here (on FOT):

Also check out the free bi-weekly sourcing chat - gathering anywhere from 25 to 65 people - and you'll be able to ask any sourcing questions there.

every other Thursday, next time is on Nov 15.

Jerina,

For soup to nuts training on how to run a recruiting business, from sourcing to interviewing, working with candidates and clients and closing, I'd recommend www.nextlevelexchange.com I've been a member for a few years now and it's a great resource for ongoing training. They have a whole rookie module section, with a module on each aspect of recruiting, with videos, scripts, articles, etc. Each month they add new content, including videos on specific recruiting topics and an interview with a big biller to learn how they work. It's an ongoing monthly subscription, runs about $99 a month.

Good luck,

Pam

Thanks For the info Pam. I checked it says $129.00. Is that $99 promotion.
