Any experience with HRMDirect?

After a year of constant problems with Taleo in every area from billing to technical, the contract is finally expiring and I can't make a switch fast enough. Cost is a large factor in my decision and I do not need anything too complex as I am the only full user and it is utilized mainly for applicant tracking and simple reporting. I've done a good amount of research and HRMDirect seems to meet my needs and fall into my price range- it's only $1500 a year. I would appreciate any insight- good, bad or otherwise- on this ATS. I'd like to hear about how user friendly it is, customer service, technical performance and how well migration was handled. I appreciate your thoughts!
