I had this thought the other day, and then actually had a few candidates ask me over the weekend if I knew of anything.

The best I could guess was to check out Yelp or Glassdoor, but there is just a scattershot of information on those sites.

Considering how much reputation affects a candidates desire to do or not to business with us, this could be a great tool.  Especially in such a competitive (i'm recruiting techies in the bay area) job market.

I am envisioning something of a sidebar, maybe even a widget on your linkedin profile and a score that you can show on your email signatures as well.
