Just curious to see if anyone utilizes an ATS that will allow positions to be posted automatically for a future date.  We use Taleo now and are unable to set future dates for positions to open automatically so there is a lot of time wasted with recruiters going in and manually opening positions.  I know this feature exists with other ATS systems, but would like to hear from someone using another brand with this capability. 

For our labor forecasting we would like to enter a certain number of positions in Taleo with an open date of 30 or 40 days out, but in order to do so we now have to go in and open that day, which is extra work and can lead to confusion.  A feature that is more automatic would be very helpful for our busy union recruiting.
