I have just received my first assignment for a bi-lingual (in Spanish) dentist, as a 'must' not just 'preferred'. How have you all recruited bi-lingual candidates; differently than others??

You should be able to find a decent amount of these people, fortunately for your search Spanish is a relatively common second language to speak :)

I don't have any resumes of bilingual dentists, but as a bilingual researcher with a multilingual research firm I can say - seek the obvious, first! Look for schools within cities (where people are more likely to hold a bilingual skill). Look in Spanish speaking dominated cities, states, schools, alumni associations, etc...

Kristen, thanks for the response! Yes, I agree, hitting the obvious first- places (ie. establishments and areas) where Spanish is spoken more often is a good place to begin. I appreciate your thoughts.
