I started a discussion a couple of weeks ago (Twitter this - Twitter that) and that discussion let to a brainstorming session and, well, a new site!

So, in my spare time, I have begun a new endeavor(on the side) and would love feedback on it:

Once you have an account and have edited it to include your twitter account, eChirpy lets you to create 500 character miniBlogs using your personal email, show only your most recent 5 miniBlogs, and automatically tweet it out to your followers. For FREE!

A SEARCHABLE miniBlog site, eChirpy is your companion to social media forums. If you want more than 140 characters, have a mini-posting, have a job or offer to shout out, or just don't want a full blog, eChirpy is for you!

Using your personal email account, eChirpy lets you write and send miniBlogs to post automatically to your eChirpy page, which will automatically send a tweet to your Twitter account as well...and on to Facebook and whatever sites you have enabled via Twitter.

For recruiters and candidates, the careers portal is, I think, great!
