It is really true when they say that you THINK how you FEEL...
I started changing my outlook from being a RECRUITER=HUNTER to RECRUITER=HELPING people in getting a job...I told myself that if I will look at my job like as if "I have to meet the target..the QUOTA" then I get really get stressed out...but when I look at it as like.."Today...I will get in touch with as much people to simply inform that of the job openings that we have and that it might be something that will interest then- and look at it like as if I am helping them know about these wonderful opportunities" then it is amazing how my stress level goes way down:)
