As we do the hiring for our inhouse/clients requirement and do our level best to fulfill the requirement in a least time frame with a best suitable candidate, we do check, why the candidate is looking for a job change (in case of an active candidate). Though this is a very subjective questions and the answers are very limited (manager/job responsibilities/growth opportunity/relocation) and there is very slim possibility we get to know the actual reason.
Do we have any method which can help here. Any suggestions pls.
