Not just students!! Unfortunately there are many mid-level managers and even executives who use personal/inappropriate "anonymous" email addresses when in job search. "hotmama@yahoo.com" and "thestud@hotmail.com" just don't relay "professionalism". Likewise silly and corny messages on answering machines. Kids are cute, but their messages on a home line are not appropriate for job search. You need a separate line. Make sure your teenager knows to actually take a message, not hang up on the caller telling them to call back because they can't be bothered (personal experience).
